Hi, How long does it take to upgrade from ADSL to Fibre ?. I have upgraded via the webpage but haven't heard a thing since I did and I've paid for my new fibre router when completing the order - no email from Plusnet, no confirmation, no date, no router - nothing. Would be nice to hear something from someone at Plusnet. It takes 30 minutes to talk to someone on the phone (far too long) so I'm hoping to get a response this way. Andrew
There's not much you can do sadly. Either wait a little longer and see if they give you a response or some kind of confirmation, or you can (I know you said you don't want to, but this way would be best) call them. Have you spoken to a member of staff on the live chats? And when did you upgrade to Fiber Optics?
