Fibre Unlimited Line Rental confusion

I want to upgrade my Plusnet account to Unlimited Fibre. The Plusnet web site claims the cost of this includes line rental, but when I go through the process to change over, Line rental appears on the list at £18.99/month and there seems to be no way to remove it. Do Plusnet have a different conception of what 'line rental' means that I am misunderstanding?!

Line rental is included in your overall monthly price, yet this is broken down for ease of view.

For Example: 

An overall Monthly Price at £24.99 would be; 

- £18.99 Line Rental

- £6.00 Unlimited Fibre
