Fibre Sync Speeds 30% of normal

Hi

Wonder if anyone can help, as of yesterday, without any change in the home (I..e wiring, power cuts etc) the Fibre Sync Speed has dropped from its usual 50+ Mbps Downstream to 15 Mbps Downstream.

I have just restarted this morning and no chnage. Is this something that can be reset from Plusnet ends? My account still shows minimum 46 Mbps speed and getting nothing near that.

Hi @cvpiper, sorry to hear you're having broadband issues.

Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online here
