Fibre Speeds - Is it capped?

I have an Unlimited Fibre line, in a new build and the exchange is not far (1km ish) yet our connection speeds are significantly lower than our expected speeds:
On the website, when checking, we're shown estimated speeds as:
38 - 40Mb
Estimated download speed
8 - 10Mb
Estimated upload speed
However actual connection speeds are:
Current connection speeds:
Downstream: 23.83 Mbps
Upstream: 2.001 Mbps
Can anything be done to bump this up? I've seen some posts mentioning a profile limiting the up/down stream speeds.

Thanks for getting in touch.
I've tested your connection and can see that you're in sync at around 24mb/s which is lower than I'd expect.
Could you connect your router to the test socket of your premises (as shown here) and then run a speed test via a device that's connected with a wired, ethernet connection and let us know the results?
If things don't improve, it may be worth you raising a fault here so that we can ask our suppliers to take a look at this for you.

Just checked the master socket and that's not making any difference, I'll raise a fault. Thanks for the reply.
