Fibre Speeds, Did I muck it up?

I am new at this so not sure where to start or what information to provide.
After being activated on the 27th October and receiving Speeds of nearly 46Megabits (The Max I can get according to BTW Checker is 47.5Meg, Low is 34.8 [Which is the estimate Plusnet gave me]) after 10-11 days of service its now at 38-39Meg. I am Using a ASUS DSL-N66U and a MK2 Faceplate. (Now testing in master socket but no changes....alot less CRC Errors noticed without the mk2 faceplate though)
I will admit the first 2 days of service I was mucking around with the ASUS DSL Settings alot such as attentuation and such. So there were alot of resyncs at that time. But on the 3rd-4th day I set it all back defaults. Did I screw up the DLM testing? Is there anyway I can have my IP Profile Reset back to 78Meg so it can detect my speeds again?

I've done a quick test on your line and there is a potential fault. Can you please raise this via this link on your account? I've made a note of the error that I've got on testing and hope this will assist the faults team.
