Well the OR guy came and reckon there isn't a fault

So where do I stand because even you guys reckon it's not up to scratch and it's well away from the estimate on sign up

So I'm thinking it would be only right if you can change my package to the 40/10 instead of the 80/20 I signed up for, since it looks like I'll only be getting something much closer to that. Is that possible, bearing in mind we have been a few weeks looking in to this issue

Sorry to hear the engineer didn't find a fault

We can't offer you a 40/10 package I'm afraid. Whilst technically we could modify the provisioned product to 40/10, the Unlimited Fibre package would cap the speeds at 40/2.

Since your line speeds remain below your estimates, I've sent the fault back to our suppliers for further investigation.

Our faults team will be in touch once we have more information.
