Fibre - Speed well below line sync speed?
Unable to get hold of customer services in work hours. Can somebody help what I need to get done?
Line Sync Speed - 60 MBps
Min Guaranteed Speed - 30 MBps
Current Actual Speed - 20 MBps
Also the current speed showing on PlusNet site, I.e. below the minimum. How do I get this rectified?
