Fibre Speed problems

Hi

I have had PlusNet fibre now for a year, and have just renewed my contract.

My Minimum guaranteed Speed is 30.9Mbps.

My actual Download speed is 13.28Mbps, with an Ip Profile of 13.88 (according to BT speed test on 28 04 2020)

I am simply looking for PlusNet to deliver what they have promised.

Could PlusNet please address this

What download speed do you sync at? (Reported by my Plusnet Hub One router parameters at as 'Maximum data rate')

@malcd Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at http://faults.plus.net.

PlusNet's support team have picked this up and tell me that the line is sync'd at 15Mbps; they have raised a request to Openreach. So hopeful to see results in a few days.

I understand the impact that current issues may be having and the need to prioritise actions.

I have raised a 'question' which the support team are progressing
