Fibre Speed dropped insanely

Hi,
My very stable 80/20 Fibre (which was that way for about a year) has slowed right down to 10 Down an .18 Up (yes, that is a decimal point in front of the 18)
I have raised a ticket but hoping someone here could fix this without having to jump through hoops with the customer service phone calls. BTW speedtest say my line profile is 34/20 which seems odd. Any help would be great

Ok. So my downstream has just jumped back up to around the 60 meg speeds. But, the upload seems to be stuck just below 1 meg.
BTW now shows IP profile on 59/20. Any ideas?

Our testing isn't showing any issues with the line.
Were these tests ran over a wired or wireless connection?

Hi. It was over a wired connection and the speed has now dropped out again.
