Fibre Speed down by 70%, hardly any upload

Hi, I recently had a fault on the exchange which left me without access for a week, my speed on fibre is 

now somewhere between 2mb and 10mb when its previously been at around 35mb. Any fixes available?

We've tested your line and identified an issue that needs further investigation by an engineer.

Can you respond to the latest update we've just sent and then post back once you've done so?
