Fibre Speed Very Slow!

Hello all.
Just a quick question for Tech Support.
I am on the 'Fibre Essentials' package and live no more than 200 yards from the 'Green Box', but my speeds seem very slow for what I am paying for.
I have done various speed tests and the fastest download speed recorded is 2.83 Mb/s. Upload is in the high 9s but that is not what I am paying for.
Can someone please look into this for me as I am not that happy paying for what is touted as 'Superfast Broadband' with download speeds from 38 Mb/s, just to get 2.83 Mb/s.

Did a disconnect and tests now show 37 Mbps to 40 Mbps so I'll see how things go.

Still showing the same speeds in tests to-day.
I can't say that I am impressed by this...
Time to look elsewhere I think, which is a shame as I have been with PlusNet since 1997.

If it has, and the speeds I'm getting are the best you can offer, I'm disappointed.

Everything is showing fine on our end.
Are you running these tests over a wired or wireless connection?

You may need to repeat your disconnect/reconnect of the router (NOT modem) if you haven't done this since Plusnet's last changes to your line.
