Fibre-Speed Slow

My router arrived a week ago or so and I was told my line will be activated by 06/04/2016. But I revived a text on the 5th saying it's been activated. I set up my router and since then I've only been recieving speed from 4-18mb but I'm paying for fibre extra speeds. Help?

I'm just running a few tests for you.

Can you confirm that you've got the Hub One connected to the master socket like either of the below images?

Are you checking the speeds via a wired connection or wireless?

Wired with every device off and still not reaching the speeds I paid for. My line check shows that I can receive up to 80mb aswell but I'm no where near it

Your sync speeds are a bit intermittent at the moment.

Can you test it in the next 15 minutes?

I've ran 4 tests and they're all inconsistent. Varies from 10, 18, 28 and 32. Different everytime but still not close to the fibre extra I'm paying for

What speeds should you be getting? You state you pay for the extra package, what estimates did you get during sign up?

I should be getting 74 my line checks say I can receive 80, I will be satisfied with anything near even 60/70 because I know you can't exactly get the whole total there are many factors which affect it
