Hi, When my fibre was installed the BT engineer said the line was faulty and they needed to do work in the road but they would need traffic control as it was a main road, i don't think it has been done and we are experiencing slower and slower speeds. Could look into and see if this can be resolved. Thanks Rob D
Unfortunately I don't see this referenced on your account, the last notes I can see are from a phone fault in February. Can you run through the faults checker at https://faults.plus.net and we'll get this looked into.
