Fibre Speed Issues - sudden change in DLM profile?

Hello there,
Been a PN customer at my current address for over 3 years with no issues to report. Up until this Saturday, I was running speeds of around 55mbps with 18mbps upload. Attenuation was around 20, with SNR ratio around 8/9.
However on Saturday this week, I noticed a considerable drop in speed. Sync speed is now 8798 down, and 17957 up. Upload is fine.
Stats indicate an attainable rate of 64472kbps, SNR of 27 and Attenuation of 19. Zero CRC and ES noted on the line.
Any ideas what may have caused this, and how to resolve? I’ve tried flagging as a problem, but PN haven’t responded yet.

No, no noise at all. SNR figure of 27 reinforces this too.
