Fibre Slowly Slipping Away

Another user with decreasing speeds, currently at 4.5MB Down at best and 0.7MB UP (started at 9MB at first sign up then to 8MB with in a week down to 7MB for a while now we are at 4.5MB) .  results as below from tests:
