Fibre Question

I was under the impression that BT would not install Fibre unless they could guarantee a certain level if service but if you look below surly it has to be better than this.
It is not mine by the way it’s a friends.

In my experience, generally estimates of such speeds would usually mean that the order would fail.

When I moved to plusnet the estimate was 41...look at my sig

When my friend was on ADSL his broadband would go off most evening and he was lucky to 512Kbs when on line. Pre Fibre install BT was saying around 14Mbs as it turns out he can get around 4Mbs.
BT drop it to 1Mbs after his complaint about low speed, blaming it on a long ally run, he is about 1.4 Miles from the cab.
