Fibre Profile since BT Work

Hi PlusNet people.

 

So I lost fibre for 20 days last/this month.

Since the work with BT was completed my line speed has dropped from high 70mb to aroud 50mb.

 

Download speedachieved during the test was - 47.22 Mbps
 For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis  35.65 Mbps-50.93 Mbps .

Did a disconnect and waited for a minute or 2 and reconnected.

As I am on the 80/20 profile (or should be) can I ask someone to take a look and see what is happening please?

Our tests aren't showing any obvious cause but the speeds are lower then what I'd expect.

I'd recommend raising this at https://faults.plus.net
