Fibre Plus speed is Slow

After PlusNet messed up my order and forgot to send me a router I reconfigured my TalkTalk router to connect to PlusNet.  This all worked well and about 55Mbps was received.  

Last night I changed to the new PlusNet router and I am now getting 24Mbps and 2Mbs upload.  I cant use the BT speed checker as I get flash errors.  SO I have attached a result from speedtest.net.  I have tried different servers and rerun a number of times and the results are almost the same every time. 

Why is this happening???

Sorry to hear you're having speed issues. Our tests are detecting a potential issue.

Can you raise a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net making sure your router is plugged into the test socket?

Speed has returned to 61Mbps and 12Mbps upload.
