Fibre Order

Hi,
We ordered Fibre Unlimited 2 weeks ago and have paid the inital payment but, apart from a confirmation email, we haven't heard anything else.
The order tracker is still showing "Activating your line".
Have you any idea when we might get a date for the switchover?
As this is our first fibre connection we have no idea what is involved at the telecomms end - someone pushing a button on a PC or some bloke having to go and poke the cabinet with a stick...?

I'm sorry to see your order hasn't progressed.
I would assume this is due to a system issue.
