This morning at about 9am my broadband & phone suddenly disconnected. I have the 'red flashing b' and orange light. No dial tone.
Tried on laptop to go through the Plusnet troubleshoot process. Tried disconnecting all the filters...nothing.
Im a bit suspicious as when i drove out of my estate i saw an Openreach Engineer inside the cabinet - i asked him about my fault and was told 'nothing to do with me - call your ISP'. Seems a bit of a coincidence.
Anyway - not sure what else to do. Have tried calling the helpline but the queue seems endless!
