I've had Plusnet Fibre for the past 3 months or so and I've been more than happy with the service so far. However tonight I've noticed that the internet is extremely slow.
Having been used to speeds of about 34Mb/s, I've run a speed test this evening and am now getting in the region of 8Mb/s. I've restarted all equipment, ensured that no other devices are downloading and also checked that there are no service issues. Still, I'm getting rubbish performance.
Anyone else in the Lancashire or LA1 region with the same issues?

Also, my ping times are extremely high - between 150ms and 1500ms (!!!!) when trying to ping Google.co.uk
