Hi I'm having problems with the reliability of my internet. I have completely lost my connection (no DSL light on modem and no internet light on router), this is the second time in 5 weeks, and both times they need to send out engineer, I lost a days holiday to wait in last month as with the time slots given I couldn't make it into work in the morning or afternoon due to commute time from Essex to London . Now I'm expected to do that again. I have requested a Saturday slot as they texted this morning but I have heard nothing back sine and I really need it fixed asap. Help would be appreciated if anyone knows how to escalate to someone who will help or advise me how to fix the problem myself (I've already gone through the fault finder when reporting the fault) would appreciate it.
