Fibre Issues

Our fibre broadband has recently been getting really slow with speed that were usually 20-25mbps now giving us 5-6mbps.
Can this be fixed asap before I start looking for new suppliers

Hi @Agarnettclarke, sorry to hear you're having broadband issues.

I can see that you have since spoken to a colleague of mine in the technical team who have detected an external fault which we are expecting it to get resolved by midnight on 06/11/2019
