I've seen these go either way to be honest. I am trying to chase an update for you now. If they do want an engineer, I will argue that you don't need one, but if they insist, I will have no choice I'm afraid.

The task was a "non-appointed task". I'm told we should have an update "in three working days" of the case being passed to the relevant team. This takes us to the 7th when we should chase again for you.

So apparently a BT engineer came to the house while I was out according to my neighbour, was this known to you? Like last time I wasn't notified of any visit.
EDIT: My son has just shown me the note from them, they said the line is in sync now at 25 meg. Should I try a restart?

Excellent! Sorry it took a bit of time to get resolved, but it's always worthwhile getting any underlying issues sorted to try and stop problems coming back in the future.
