Fibre Extra guaranteed line speed not met

I upgraded from Fibre to Fibre Extra today. Speed has increased but still doesn't meet min. guaranteed.
"We estimate your broadband speed should be between 64Mbps and 80Mbps and your minimum guaranteed access line speed is 57.7Mbps"
6. Data rate: 19999 / 56421
7. Maximum data rate: 22798 / 65076
8. Noise margin: 7.0 / 6.0
9. Line attenuation: 20.5 / 17.2
10. Signal attenuation: 20.2 / 17.2
Any thoughts?

This issue resolved itself prior to the Engineer visit. He suggested it just needed some time to settle to the higher speed.
