I've had Fibre extra for 3 weeks now as a new Plusnet customer.
The connection deteriorates, slows and drops at around 11PM each evening.
The connection will drop and reconnect multiple times around this time. I can't confirm if this issue continues later into the night.
I've spoken to Plusnet support but they did not help and I haven't heard anything since from them which is disappointing.
Any advice to get this sorted would be appreciated.
