Fibre Extra - How long does it take?

To help eliminate the router from the problem, could you try to connect your PC directly to the modem using these instructions

and then redo the BTW speed test

So I'm getting the same speeds with a direct modem connection. What next?
I'm actually doubting whether the switch has even been flicked on my line.

Just thought I'd update the thread to say that I'm now getting over 70 Mbps down. My bill came through today with the new Fibre Extra charge, so my cap wasn't removed immediately as suggested.
