I'm sorry to see you're experiencing speed problems. Our tests are showing a fault on the line which I've reported through to our suppliers now and we've been provided an estimated response time of by 28/11/19 23:59:59 for an engineer to go out and investigate further. Let us know how it goes over the next few days.
