Fibre Download speed

I'm on the contract which gives me a fibre optic line. Usually I'll be pulling 30-35mbps which was good enough for me. Now I'm getting barely above 7 maybe 10mbps. I've tried everything from testing it on an ethernet cable to changing the router. It appears the speed stays in the low end. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,

I'm sorry to see you're experiencing speed problems. Our tests are showing a fault on the line which I've reported through to our suppliers now and we've been provided an estimated response time of by 28/11/19 23:59:59 for an engineer to go out and investigate further. Let us know how it goes over the next few days.
