Fibre was upgraded from ADSL on 22 Jan. All Ok with speed at 14MB download. This morning 25 Jan download speed consistent at 2.3 MB. Upload speed seems OK.
The Plusnet One Hub is synced at 14,700kbps.
Reboot did not solve problem.
I have raised Question #118675174 but do not understand response.
Any help would be appreciated
Update: Spoke to PlusNet. IP profile had not been changed from ADSL to the Fibre Profile. All sorted!
