Re: Fibre Down

Called Tech support - all their internal systems are down. They have no information. They don't know why they are down. They don't know if its affecting internet customers. The advice is to call back in the morning.
Shocking Customer service.  Angry

Re: Fibre Down

Apparently their service status reports no issues apart from planned maintenance.
PN really do seem to be losing the plot recently.... They used to be reliable and good but now it seems that shoddy hardware and poor service is the norm.

It pains me to say this as i was a big advocate of plusnet (I've signed up at least three other people on my recommendation) but I'm thinking of switching to Zen. Their customer service seems to be at the standard Plusnet used to be.
Its not an exchange issue as I've just been up to my Dads and his Plusnet Fibre is working fine.

Re: Fibre Down

The website being off last night would have had no impact on connections at all, sorry that you weren't told this clearly last night. I can see that you spoke to us this morning and you're now back online.
