Fibre Disconnections

Our connection doesn't seem to stay connected for much over a day lately.  Our DLM should have finished at the start of December if it lasts a month as we are new customers, it was nearly 40mbps download when we first connected but has settled after a month at 33mbps sync with a 9.3 noise margin, quite high?  The frequent disconnections might have made it settle at a slower speed but they are still happening now, although I don't notice them during the day much, I just check the DSL line status on the router often.

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

We can see the connection is dropping as shown below but our tests aren't showing any cause for this.

If the drops continue or increase I'd recommend raising a fault by going here
