Hi, I order a fibre upgrade on the 2nd May 2019. I was told it would be about a week to connection. Although the router arrived promptly, not heard anything about when the new fibre line will be connected. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

After checking the order, I can confirm that it is expected to complete on 14/05/2019 anytime up to midnight. As you have received the router, feel free to install it because it will work on both ADSL & fibre.
Hi @Johnwnormington, I can confirm that on your next invoice you should see a pro-rata adjustment if the service is going live mid month due to your last invoice having the months ahead charges on there. By all means if there's any issues with your next invoice when it generates please do let us know and we'll happily look into it for you.
