Fibre Connection Dropping

We’ve had Plusnet Fibre in the house for a while now. For the first few months it was absolutely perfect but for the past month or 2 now we have had problems with the connection dropping everyday. Any solutions?

I have had the same problem since March. Plusnet never responds to messages and even when ringing them up a recorded message just says they are not available. Not a very good response at all.

I have the same problem. They said my problem is "Impairment in copper joint detected most likely in local network. Please continue to submit a trouble report", not sure what that means.

I asked them to send an engineer to fix it but still no reply!! calling them just a waste of time, they just hang you up because its busy.
