As I said previously BT's records are obviously screwed up, or at least have been. I obviously missed this point earlier. Perhaps the latest version is now the truth. It is common fact that Plusnet use these results when quoting speed.
I agree with what you say regarding your download speed. What I still don't get is why your upload speed is so poor. There must be something amiss here. The problem with this is that there is no minimum speed guarantee on upload but it looks like this is capped in some way.
