Fibre Broadband slow

Hi 

I am supposed to have fibre broadband speeds of average download speed 36Mb but I am currently only getting 11/12mb download speeds and this is effecting my home working. 

I've just signed a new contract thinking I was getting faster speeds. Can you improve this speed?

Your profile is as expected. I'd therefore expect this to be a wifi issue.
