Fibre Broadband disconnecting occasionally

This doesn't happen too often, but is annoying nonetheless...

I get a notification that my VPN has disconnected. I check and see that the broadband ethernet symbol has changed to the 'globe' symbol that means I am not connected to internet. I click on the symbol and select 'troubleshooting'. After a short time, the message tells me it's fixed, so I resume with VPN and wait until it happens again (probably every few days).

The 'fixed' message reads as per the attached mini-screenshot.

Any suggestions as to a fix greatly appreciated.

Re: Fibre Broadband disconnecting occasionally

Good morning @nevd3

Thanks a lot for reaching out. It appears that this issue is being caused either by the VPN itself,  the wiring between your PC and router or the wireless connection. From our end, the line looks stable, as per the visual radius graph below. If the issue is isolated to the one device, this would also demonstrate the points made above.
