Hi there.
Have been using plusnet fibre broadband for a year or so now and a recurring problem has been that whenever it is rainy or heavily windy the internet will drop out completely until the weather subsides back to normal. As I live in a rural countryside sadly this happens more often than not and can sometimes go on for hours at a time, is really starting to become a nuisance especially having the whole family working from home due to the current COVID situation.
Having done some research regarding similar issues other people have experienced with plusnet I can only guess that it has to be some external problem with the lines themselves that may require a technician to fix.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
