Fibre Broadband activation - how long does it take after phone has been activated?

My phone line went live yesterday around 6pm (house move, existing customer with existing router etc) but there's been no notification of when broadband connection will be live - anyone know how long this takes? Impossible to get hold of anyone at Plusnet on the phone!

Sorry to hear this.

Unfortunately it looks like there's a delay on the broadband order and this is now due to complete on the 23rd.

What is the delay please? I was told this would be done on 18th and as I work from home this is vital!

Unfortunately it looks like this is due to a routing issues

I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to speed this up
