Existing customer moved with own(original plusnet) kit, the phone went live around 3pm but hub still has an orange light and red flashing bb.
Have gone into its page to try and force a connect but that hasnt worked
Fixed! Go to the fix.

After taking a look into your account I can see that the broadband orders have yet to complete, however it should go live some time before midnight later today. Once this has happened, we'll send you an email and text notification to confirm everything is up and running and at that point all you should need to do is reboot your router.
Please let us know if you still haven't anything from us regarding the status of the broadband order by tomorrow and we'll be happy to follow up on this and see what's going on.

all up and running, speed a bit lower than expected so far but will monitor that over the next week.
