Upgraded from Fibre Broadband to Fibre Broadband extra on Thursday 26th. Shows online that i have a new contract, but no change to speeds which are still sitting at 30mb/s download and not somewhere near 60mb/s as they should be. Now cant get through to anyone on the phone.
