Fibre Broadband Speed and Phone Line Issues

For over two weeks we have noticed a reduced broadband speed, we were getting around 20 Mbps (which was inline with the original estimation when we changed over to Fibre) and now we are lucky to get 5 Mbps (we were getting better speeds before paying the extra to have Fibre.)

The BTW Performance Test, returned;

Download @ 3.97 Mbps

Upload @ 0.07 Mbps

Ping Latency @ 0.00 ms

The other Member centre test did not provide an estimate but gave a current line speed of 7.7 Mbps.

This was all with the laptop plugged directly into the router and I have tried re-setting the router multiple times.

On checking for other issues our phone does not have a dial tone and we cannot call out, you can call the number and it rings on the phone calling but not on the home phone. This seems odd as it appears we have no line but are still getting some Broadband?

Has anyone had similar issues? Can anyone help?

Our tests are finding a external fault so we've got that raised for you.
