Fibre Broadband Pending

Hey, everyone I  received my new  PlusNet Hub one a few days ago and have just set it up, I did a test on my internet speed and it says it is only 4.83mbs. I checked my plusnet account details and it says as follows:

01/01/1970       -Unlimited Fibre Broadband     £0(upon cancellation)      Pending

It appears that it is not activated yet and I am unable to find out when it is to be activated or if there is an issue. 

does anybody know if there is a way to find out on the PlusNet sight?

you can check your tickets in the member centre at https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search that should have any communication and dates in.

I've tracked your fibre order with our suppliers and it's due to go live on the 27th January.
I hope this helps and please let us know if you have any issues on the day.
