Fibre Broadband - 2nd day

My Fibre Broadband was activated yesterday. The speed was 70MB. Today the speed is 20MB. Can you please investigate it? 1 laptop is connected straight to the router. 1 device on the network.

80Mb (This may vary between 75.7Mb and 80Mb) - Checked on 2016-04-08 22:22:19
Current line speed:
21 Mb

I've made some changes to your account which should help.
