Fibre BB Speed - IP Profile

Been a Fibre BB customer for a month now...service is OK but recently received an 'About your broadband speed' email from Plusnet advising that my line speed is 38.7Mbps whereas the Estimated line speed when I signed-up was 62.2 - 80Mbps.  Done a speedtest using the BT Wholesale tester and this confirms that my IP Profile is set to 38.7Mbps, so it looks like my line needs to be adjusted?  Please advise. Thx.

Which broadband package did you sign up for? Unlimited Fibre or Unlimited Fibre Extra?

If it's the former then that IP profile sounds about right.

Just checked...paying £14.99 per month so I guess it's the standard Fibre option...so wonder why they sent me that email?  Maybe to encourage me to upgrade already...surely not!
