Fiber to fiber plus

I upgraded to fiber plus 10 days ago, well thats when thr email said it had went though. But I've yet to see any speed improvements over the usual fiber. I've contacted plusnet and ran their tests to which they said they were going to check and get back to me soon, but 8 days have passed since then and they've never emailed me or replied to my question. So do i keep waiting? I've reset my router since then as well, still just normal fiber speeds.

If you can post the results of putting you line into the DSL Checker and the details of the Help Desk page on your router, people will be able to help advise in more detail. Make sure you hide any sensitive info such as your username etc.

Yep, you are still on the standard fibre rate.

Hopefully one of the helpful PN staff will spot this, and sort it out for you.

@Gandalf @MasterOfReality or anyone else are you around?

Sorry to hear you're not seeing a speed increase.

As others have indicated, you're provisioned on standard fibre. I've placed the order now to upgrade you which should complete on Monday.

Apologies that this wasn't done or noticed sooner.
