Fiber speeds stupid low please help

Guys can you help please my gubernatorial speed is 3mbps and should be 38 we tried everything ive Called many times and nothing gets done I've taken legal advice and if not fixed by this weekend I've have the legal right to end the contract as I'm paying for a service I'm not getting can a admin or moderator fix my issue please

Apologies for the delayed response.

From testing your line we can see your router in sync at 14mbps which is within your estimates of 9mbps-15mbps.

However, I believe an engineer has since visited your property and rectified a problem.

How are your speeds looking now?
