Fiber speed not what it should be

Just got in this evening to discover these speeds

This was perfectly fine this morning and according to BT wholesale it's on a 35mb bracket, even then this is slow, ran a few tests and the linespeed isn't steady at all
Recently upgraded to the 'up to 72' package from an old 38mb package (on the 18th of last month), there was a power cut in the house a few hours on Sunday but I've never seen the speed drop this badly when it's adjusted after being off for a while.
Help?

I've run a few tests and I can't see any issues with the connection from our end.
Were these tests ran over a wired connection or a wireless one?

Wired, turns out it was a fault in one of the lan cables, everything is fine now, sorry for the false flag
