Fiber order issue

Hi,
I put an order though to transfer fibre from talktalk at the end of January, but have heard nothing since. The tracker says my line has been transferred but broadband is still on pending. Was wondering if my order is ok?

Sorry to see this was missed previously.
Looking at your account, I'm sorry to say no orders were placed by automation when they should have been, so your phone line is in fact still with TalkTalk.
I'll pick this up right away and get the orders placed for the earliest completion date available to us.
