What is considered as acceptable dropout by Plusnet. I have had Openreach out 4 times in the last six mths the last time was last week. But I am still getting 3+ dropouts each day on average 5to 20 minutes. It has been much longer in the past. I am on fiber and about 900 yards from the exchange.
